Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring effective housekeeping operations at assigned sites. This includes team supervision, client interaction, compliance with service standards, market surveys, training, documentation, and support in administrative and recruitment activities. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining site cleanliness, staff efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily Operations & Supervision

  1. a) Submit daily morning attendance reports and evening performance feedback to the office.
  2. b) Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff performance and hygiene standards.
  3. c) Supervise and execute one-time deep cleaning services, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Training & Staff Management

  1. a) Provide on-site training based on staff performance and service gaps.
  2. b) Maintain staff biodata, update attendance, and coordinate leave records.
  3. c) Support in coordinating new recruitments and onboarding processes.

Client Interaction & Service Reporting

  1. a) Act as the point of contact for clients at assigned sites.
  2. b) Collect client feedback, prepare and submit feedback reports to the office.
  3. c) Generate one time cleaning estimates for special cleaning jobs and ensure execution.

Market Survey & Business Intelligence

  • Conduct market surveys to collect potential client information.
  1. a) Identify new clients and current contracts, salary structures, pain points, and satisfaction levels.
  2. b) Collect client contact details and prepare follow-up reports for the business development team and data operator.

Office & Admin Coordination

  1. a) Execute office-assigned tasks related to operations and administration.
  2. b) Maintain vehicle logs, equipment usage logs/ car diary, and ensure proper upkeep for auditing.
  3. c) Ensure all documentation is up to date (attendance registers, training logs, feedback records, etc.).

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  1. a) Stay updated with NABH standards and industry best practices.
  2. b) Regularly upgrade knowledge in site management and market trends.
  3. c) Ensure that services are delivered in compliance with organizational and client standards.
